THE PROBLEM
Internal research indicated that clients were frustrated with the complexity of key workflows. Vehicle inventory was difficult to manage and track, resulting in friction and inefficiencies in their day-to-day operations.
PROJECT GOALS

Increase user convenience and visibility of car sales through a unified dashboard displaying product KPI’s.

Success measured by moderated user testing and client satisfaction surveys through account management.

Introduce highly requested feature from clients and account managers to enable scheduling and exporting of custom reports.

Give clients more control and convenience in which vehicles they advertise.
How Might We

How might we create useful solutions to improve our business partner's visibility to their campaigns?
Reporting

Enables users to customize and schedule their reports containing campaign analytics. Account managers also used this to automate their monthly client reports replacing a manual process in Ad Words.
VDPConnect™

This feature enables users to control which Vehicle Details Pages are being advertised for Paid Search and Paid Social. Using the "activate" filters, clients are able to turn vehicles "on" and "off". For example, this enables them to specifically advertise inexpensive vehicles that receive less internet traffic.
